To create an account, go to ‘https://application.teleupachar.com/”, click on “Create an account” or “SignUp with Facebook”, then fill out all the required details and click on “Create my account”.

To Login into your account, go to “https://application.teleupachar.com/” then enter your registered mobile number and password and then click on “Sign In”

First of all, Login in to your account then go to “Get Care”. Search for the doctor by name or by specialty and select the doctor of your choice. Fill out the details to request an appointment and select the preferred date and time for the appointment and then click on “Submit”.

First of all, Login in to your account then go to “My Health”. Click on “Add History” and then fill out the required details, upload the document and then click on “Save Changes”

Go to “My Health”, scroll down to Doctor’s notes and then select the e-prescription by clicking on “Open”. Click on “Download” to download the e-prescription.

Yes, we do have a medicine delivery service. However, the service is available only for Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur.

After you book an appointment, go to “My Health”. There, at the “My appointment” section you can find your booked appointment details with the “Pay Now” icon. Click on the “Pay now” icon and then click on “Pay with Esewa”. A confirmation box will appear, then click on confirm. A new page with the payment details will appear, all you have to do is enter your Esewa number and password and click on “Login”. Your Esewa details will appear, confirm them and then click on “Continue Payment” and “Confirm”. A token number will be sent to your registered mobile number, enter them and then click on “Confirm” again. The payment will be successful.

To test your device for compatibility, go to Dashboard and click on the “ Test Your Device” icon. The video call screen will open, then click on “Start Video Call”. Video and Audio notifications will pop up, which you need to allow them both. If the camera starts working and you can see your picture, that means the device is compatible with a video call.

At the scheduled appointment time, login into your account. There, at the “My appointment” section you can find your booked appointment details with a video call icon. Click on the video call icon and the video call screen will open. Click on “Start Video Call”. Video and Audio notifications will pop up, which you need to allow them both. The doctor will start the video call from the other side as well and the call will be connected
